It's free and has full functionality. For best results, get a subscription so you can ask for support outside of hte video documentaiton and get access to the art packages.

Probably, depending on what you want done. and if you're a nice person to work with. If you're sort of a jerk, then no. If you're an overworked, overstressed, over-EVERYTHING charity manager, then honey -- we gotcha. Just hit us up. There's a fee, depending on what you want done, but it'll be a lot less than the money you lose serving a life sentence for braining the next idiot that walks through the door. And I mean that in the best possible way. 

It's pretty simple. If you're not happy with something, we give you your money back. For subscriptions, for the current month only. If you've selected a more-than-one-month plan, it's prorated. For managed donation plans, for the first month. 

If it's a free product, we give you your freedom back. Because anything else would be silly.
